Step 1: Enquiry
Simply fill out our online questionnaire to give us a basic idea of what you’re looking for. We’ll need practical information like date, occasion and the number of gifts you’re looking for.
Step 2: Initial Consultation
We’ll give you a phone call to further discuss your thoughts. Once you decide we’re right for you, we’ll then ask for a nominal deposit which will be deducted from the final cost.
Step 3: Initial Design
Fresh with inspiration, our team will go to the drawing board and put together a selection of luxury gift box ideas for you to choose from.
Step 4: Design Approval
We’ll keep working on your custom gift until you’re happy. We can even discuss options to personalise your box. When you confirm you’re ready to proceed, just leave the rest to us!
Step 5: Delivery
We’ll source your luxury gifts, package them in our beautiful boxes and deliver them directly to your recipient.
Please note the deposit in Step 2 is non-refundable and is held against your giftbox order; we apply a reasonable time frame of 60 days to the iterative process in Step 4. For further information please see our Terms & Conditions.
