Do you provide Giftbox personalisation?
We are able to offer personalisation of your giftbox (e.g. recipient’s name) and also include a personalised artwork message for your recipient to go into your Giftbox for a small additional cost. Please indicate your interest in this when we undergo our consultation.
Do you offer brands that are not listed on your website?
Absolutely! We will do our best to provide you with as many brands as possible and work with you to incorporate your preferred brands.
If I provide the items, can you only package them for me?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift packaging services. Our core business is to curate and provide a bespoke Giftbox which you recipient will love!
Where are you based?
We are based in London, England and able to ship to most countries – please get in touch and we would be happy to discuss.
What are your delivery charges and timescales?
Our default shipping option is Royal Mail Tracked and your Giftbox should be with you in 3-5 days. Please note that delivery charges are dependent on shipping weight and as such are reflected in the shipping charges.
Should you require express delivery please select this option at checkout and we will ship your Giftbox same-day (for orders received before 11am). Orders received after 11am will be shipped the following day. Alternatively, contact us and we are happy to discuss you requirements.
What is your refund policy?
As part of the design process, we will work with you to create the perfect giftbox before shipping. Once shipped, all orders are final sale and non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied.
Do you do bulk orders?
For bulk orders, please contact us and we would be willing to consider bulk order discounts.
